This new track, "Coffee, Cool.", was sent to me today by The Good Husbands. I really like this track because the verses flow nicely and it has a great dubstep-influence on the beat, which makes this track even better. The Good Husbands have a lot of potential and it is clear that they have a ton of rapping talent. Check out this song above.

Mac Miller dropped this single off his upcoming mixtape, "Frat Rap", set to drop on February 2. Mac has turned a lot of heads in 2011 and I think that he will only get bigger in 2012. Must Download mixtape. Dylan Owen dropped this mixtape yesterday and it is amazing. This is a mixtape that I can listen to straight through without skipping a track. Dylan Owen's style is unique and incredible. All of his lyrics are deep and meaningful. Every track on this mixtape is laid-back with acoustic or piano instrumentals, which I really like. Definitely download this mixtape, which might be one of the best mixtapes of 2012.

On this new track, Thello Jay goes in over the piano chords of Adele's "Hometown Glory". This instrumental and hook have been used as samples many times, but I like how Thello Jay creates his own version of the beat and his rhymes are really smooth. Check out the new track above.

Must Download. Skizzy just dropped this new track last night and it is unreal. The beat, which includes great piano chords, is a little quicker than his recent tracks, but I like it. His rhymes flow perfectly on the beat. Definitely grab this new Skizzy track above.

Ty X Gspence, 2 rap/hip-hop artists from Colgate, sent me these tracks and video today. The track "Hold On" samples the well-known song, "Hold On" by Rusko, and the video to the song "We Back" was just released as well. This duo has a lot of potential and a lot of musical talent. LSKI sent me this new track yesterday. It has a really slow and mellow beat, which I like a lot about this track. This track is pretty deep and it tells a good story. This is definitely one of LSKI's best songs. Listen and download the song above.

Tru Fam is definitely making a name for themselves by producing great music and now by making quality videos like this one. OCD just dropped this 6-track EP yesterday. And as most tracks by these guys are, these songs flow really nicely and have a really mellow feel. This mixtape definitely shows how much musical talent these two guys both have. The mixtape has only 6 tracks, but I like it better because each track is good and is worth listening to.
