Must Download mixtape. Cris Cab dropped this new mixtape a couple days ago. This project has some incredible tracks, but also some just decent tracks. But the good songs definitely outnumber the decent ones, so overall, the mixtape is very good. There are a couple songs on this mixtape that are even my favorite songs right now. Must Download mixtape. Dylan Owen dropped this mixtape yesterday and it is amazing. This is a mixtape that I can listen to straight through without skipping a track. Dylan Owen's style is unique and incredible. All of his lyrics are deep and meaningful. Every track on this mixtape is laid-back with acoustic or piano instrumentals, which I really like. Definitely download this mixtape, which might be one of the best mixtapes of 2012.

Must Download mixtape. I.O.U. sent me this mixtape yesterday. This duo is incredibly versatile and they do an amazing job of creating a tape that shows all the styles that they are capable of using. I really like this mixtape because it is unique, and it combines many different genres. I.O.U. has a ton of potential and they are an incredibly talented group. Must Download mixtape. I first heard Bramzwig's music when he sent me his track, "Doing It Big", last month. Now he sent me this mixtape and it is incredible. He has so much talent and potential as a hip-hop/rap artist. The track "Glitter Ain't Gold" is in my top 3 favorite songs right now, which is pretty good. Must Download mixtape. Luke Christopher dropped this new mixtape yesterday. He had released the video to "Celebrate" a while ago, but didn't drop the track until now. Overall this mixtape is sick and it shows Luke's incredible rapping ability. He has more of an old school hip-hop style, with laid back beats and light bass lines. Definitely check out this mixtape below, and some of the best songs on the tape, which are some of my favorite songs right now.

Must Download mixtape. Tru Fam sent me this mixtape, "Bowties & Applause", a couple days ago and it is amazing. I can listen to this song from the first song to the last without skipping a song, which I can only do with about 4 other mixtapes. The samples that Tru Fam used on the tape were great choices because they are not well-known songs, but they have great instrumentals and great hooks. And Tru Fam makes better versions of the songs than the originals that were sampled. Definitely check out this mixtape below.

His versions are way better than the originals. His songs are catchy, but he has great flowing verses too. Must Download mixtape. Zak sent me his new mixtape, "Downtown Delinquents", yesterday. And by releasing two singles from the mixtape, "Clap Your Hands" and "Rock The Show", he created a lot of hype for the tape. This mixtape is so good because Zak's flow is insane on all the different types of instrumentals, from dubstep influenced tracks to light hip-hop tracks. Zak has tons of potential because of his amazing rapping talent and ability to rap verses on different types of beats. Listen to some songs from the mixtape and download the whole thing below.

Must Download mixtape. OnCue just released this new mixtape yesterday and as usual by OnCue, it is ridiculous. I can easily listen though the whole tape without skipping a song and it was pretty tough to only choose 4 songs to put up for a preview. All the beats are amazing and the flow by Cuey is great, as usual. The songs on this tape are pretty mellow, but they have really deep, meaningful lyrics, which makes OnCue one of my favorite artists.
